Evening all.
So I have an issue with the VMConnect app not seeing my new hub 4. For context, I had an issue with the hub 3 and a engineer came out and replaced it with a hub 4, im on Volt as well. When we were using the hub 3, we also had a wifi booster for free (white) as part of our volt package. This does not seem to be working now that we have upgraded to the hub 4
So two issues i think:
1. Hub 4 not being seen in VMConnect
2. Extender not working, possible needs setting up via app but due to issue 1 I cannot.
Any ideas on what i can do before attempting phone. Last time was nearly 2 hours wait!
