Wifi Hub Red Light

Red light on the front of the hub/router for 3 days now. It occurred suddenly, and no system changes were made. I completed a pinhole reset on the unit yesterday, but there is no change to the solid red light on the front of the hub. Whilst the hub seems no hotter than it ever has, I am obviously a little concerned about overheating. I can add that my pc with a direct wired connection, and all other wireless devices are operating normally and Wi-Fi signal remains strong. Any further ideas or does this now require a technician to swap the hub out?

Re: Wifi Hub Red Light

Please confirm it’s a Hub3 and you are running in router mode.
