I have diagnosed the fault that the Wi-Fi only drops when I am connected to my company VPN. This also happens on my partners laptop. Wi-Fi is fine (I'll let you define fine) as soon as we turn VPN off the Wi-Fi is re established.
Having spoken to both mine and my partners IT departments this has reported by various people and all have been connected to Virgin for broadband.
Can you please advise of any known issues or fixes?
