Wifi Continually Going Down

Good evening. Over the past couple of days it would seem half of the town on Virgin have experienced real issues with wifi

We too have suffered. The night before last wr found that none our devices would accept the wifi code. We kept getting the same messages on several devises. Incorrect password. 

I managed to access the hub page. Changed the code. Reset all devices. All connected. Tonight its gone back to square one.

One laptop and this phone connected.

Will not accept the correct passcode. 2 iPads, 2 iPhones, one firestick. Very very very annoying Virgin.

Do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub
