Wifi Boosters not working

Hi, hope someone can help with my issue. I have 2 VM Boosters that were connected and working fine upstairs. Recently I have noticed my devices are unable to connect. I have reset the boosters and all looks ok but when I go into my Virgin Media Connect app I see the error message asking to enter your wifi booster details. I have tried entering the my network password and the password on the back of the booster but both don't work. Any suggestions as I am fed up hearing my teenage son moaning the wifi in his bedroom is rubbish.

Don’t use the app to setup the boosters. Use the manual paper instructions. The app usually gives inconsistent status messages.

I set up using the installation guide not the App. All looks good with no warning lights. I'm using the app to check which devices are logged on to which wifi connection. All are connecting to the Hub 3

The hub is probably giving the stronger signal still.

Is the booster SSID the same as the hubs or different?
