I've run the Virgin Connect app, which shows I have poor coverage in a room and need a booster.
As a Full house customer I am eligible for a free one. When I try and navigate to the VM page to get one. I get 'Oops! Something went wrong. Sorry, we're unable to change your package online.'
Have tried calling several times, but they just remotely test my broadband service and say everything is fine and hang up.
The Boosters are only Free to customers on the 1Gbs / Hub 4 contracts.
All other customers will have to pay a monthly rental and you would be better off purchasing your own much more powerful Wi-Fi broadcasting gear.
