Wifi Blackspots

Hi, 

Recently joined VM after struggling with S*y for 18 months. I currently have the 1gb Volt package, but am getting nowhere near this. Even using the Samknows site, I get roughly 500-550mbs.
In some rooms I get 100-150, I rang and spoke with VM Customer services for 45 minutes going back and forth testing the internet and getting the same result. We require high internet speed for our work. In one of the rooms, I get roughly 13mbs. The VM employee told me I am not entitled to any Wifi Booster Pods, even though I am not getting anywhere near what I pay for. I tried to speak to a manager and was cut off.

I have tried the VM connect app it doesn't let me order any pods, is there anyone else that could help please? This is literally day one of my contract and I'm on the forums looking for help

ISP Routers and Hub all have the same level of coverage, so no surprise a switch from Sky to VM give more headline speed but similar area of Wi-Fi coverage.  

100-150 Mb/s is far more plenty for most all Wi-Fi work from home tasks & TV streaming etc. 
100-150M/bs  Wi-Fi speed are also well above the 30Mb/s threshold where VM would supply VM Pods.

If you wish for better Wi-Fi speed or coverage, a suitable Wi-Fi Mesh or Wireless Access Points are needed to cover the size / construction of your property.
