WiFi

I have checked the WiFi signals snd it says they are great but when I’m on zoom it keeps cutting out so any actions are slowed down and voices slow.  This is on any device.  My broadband speed is supposed to be 100.  Do I need a higher broadband spec or a booster.  Can someone advise a non tech 73 year old please.

are you able to test how it performs when using an ethernet cable connected to teh hub?

the wifi signal from the hub is poor, and testing with an ethernet cable will help identify whether there’s a problem with the underlying connection or whether it’s just wifi..

a higher broadband speed shouldn’t be necessary, the 100mb package is ample for teams/zoom calls etc. an upgrade also won’t fix any underlying issues.. so worth narrowing down where hte issue lies before you make any decisions abotu what to do next.. 🙂

Sorry to be so naive a cable from the hub to

my laptop ?    Can’t do that to my phone.

yeah if you have a laptop that you can test with that’d be great.
