WiFi

I haven't been able to get WiFi for nearly 4 hours now all I get is alternate flashing green lights on my set box, I've got engineer booked for Saturday but can anyone else help

What do you mean "set top box"? Is that your Hub or a VM Tivo or V6 box?

If Hub - which model is it (on its sticker) and which of its light(s) are flashing?

Have you checked for “known network faults”?

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), there is also a Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers >1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers.

NB - if there is a known problem all engineer visits are auto-cancelled.
