WiFi sudden not discoverable

Several of my devices are not able to find my Wi-Fi box suddenly today. The Wi-Fi box is not coming up as discoverable on several platforms.

I also have a Wi-Fi booster which cannot connect to the Wi-Fi.

Only two devices in the house are still connected to the Wi-Fi.

I have tried a master reset of the WiFi hub router with no luck.

Re: WiFi sudden not discoverable

Check to see if the hub network name (SSID) has changed.

See if there’s a different SSID present and/or login to the hub and see what it is set to.

A free WiFi analyser app may help.

Any devices still connected may be using to old/original default SSID which they have remembered.

Re: WiFi sudden not discoverable

Hi,

How do I check if the SSID name has changed?

Thank you.

Re: WiFi sudden not discoverable

Have a look in the hub settings pages

Browse to 192.168.0.1 and login to the hub.

Look in the wireless tab and see what's there!
