Hi hope someone from virgin media can help had an online chat with support re a pod as in my bedrooms I'm getting 5mb download, screenshoted app to prove and they said ill order you a pod one at a time, reading on here I should have got an email but nothing ☹️ this was last week, can you help. Sorry to hear you haven't received your WiFi Pods yet. I'm afraid we cannot see an order showing for Pods on our side, but we will be happy to get them ordered for you.
