WiFi pods

After issues with my connection yesterday evening my virgin WiFi booster wouldn’t work. After talking to tech support I was offered the new pod at no extra charge. The tech guy said that the system wouldn’t accept his authorisation code & put me through to customer services. The lady there said that the pod had been ordered on my account (his code must have been accepted) & said I should have the pod within 5 working days. Looking at my account page there are no orders to “track” & I can’t see any reference to the pod. Has this definitely been ordered?

Re: WiFi pods

Pods are out of stock at the moment - that's maybe why. They are saying end of the month.
