WiFi pods order June 17th still no sign

I wondered if a member of the virgin team could help as the guys on whats app keep telling me contradictory information.

a member of your team put through an order for WiFi pods as part of my package, for my home office that wa not getting any WiFi signal, but I’ve received no notification of order or delivery etc, on June 18th they said it will be 3-5days and the order is confirmed but still nothing.

chatted on there today and they could not give me any information at all and said wait until 11/7/23. Or upto 5 days after… this will then be a month. 
Can a virgin representative contact me to confirm the order has actually gone through please
