WiFi pods not working

Joining in

We have 2 wifi pods that are no longer working. Rebooted router and moved pods to same room as router but both continue to flash white. Please help



Have you recently had a Hub replaced ?

Or recently changed any of configuration or Wi-Fi settings of an existing Hub ?

Nothing has changed.

Thanks for posting, and a warm welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your WiFi Pods. I've taken a look on our side, and can see a short-term issue has been identified which may cause intermittent or performance-related issues with your connection - in turn, causing the Pods to disconnect. These short-term issues can happen when we’re working to fix some other network issues in the area, or when we install a new home to our network.

These intermittent issues can take up to around 24 hours to resolve - so please do let us know how things are later this evening, as we'll be able to run further checks to see if any other problems are found.
