Hi,
I have 2 intelligent WiFi pods which aren’t very intelligent.
Both no longer connect to my hun and cannot be found when I try to check my broadband on the account.
Can a moderator inbox me? I think the only cure is to send these 2 back and be sent 2 more. The WiFi upstairs is atrocious without the pods.

Sorry to see that you have been having issues with your WIFI pods not working. It certainly is strange how the pods have just suddenly stopped working 🤔
I have checked things on our end and nothing obvious is showing as to why you would be having this issue. I'd recommend checking our pod help page here to see if this helps.
