Hopefully someone can help please
I've had a new Hub4 delivered today and have now got access and such via WiFi
However....
I have 3 WiFi pods that do not work in anyway
They are constantly flashing light blue in colour and I cannot see them in the Virgin media connect app.
I've read something that the pods are "tagged" to the old router ? Is this correct as I suspect these haven't been migrated?
Any help would be massively appreciated

They may not have been added to your account, if it doesn't happen overnight then call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them. You will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
