WiFi pods are flashing and connect app not finding my hub

Internet went down in the area last week, since this my wifi pods have been flashing and won’t connect to my hub! I have moved closer and tried to connect via the connect app but this isn’t connecting to my hub! I have done a factory reset on my hub but still not working.

does anyone have a fix for this as these things seem to always cause me problems and Virgin are impossible to get hold of

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Wi-Fi pods.
May I ask what colour light is flashing on them?
