Internet went down in the area last week, since this my wifi pods have been flashing and won’t connect to my hub! I have moved closer and tried to connect via the connect app but this isn’t connecting to my hub! I have done a factory reset on my hub but still not working.
does anyone have a fix for this as these things seem to always cause me problems and Virgin are impossible to get hold of

May I ask what colour light is flashing on them?
