Hi,
I’ve ran multiple tests across my house in the Connect app with all tests apart from 1 (right next to the router) coming out as poor. I haven’t been offered a Wi-Fi pod in the app and no information online appears to suggest how to actually get one apart from calling up. Unfortunately I really don’t have time to sit in a phone queue!
would really like to get this sorted as the Bedroom measurement I took was actually by standing at the open door of the bedroom. Moving into the bedroom means my phone can’t even connect to test!!

Hey 06benste, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry you are struggling to get an pod ordered.
The best way to get a pod order is download the Virgin Connect app, from here do a scan.
If the scan picks up that you need a pod it will allow you to order some.
However they can be chargeable depending what package you on.
They are free on Volt, 1GB or Oomph bundles.
