Can someone help me I have a WiFi pod plugged in but it keeps flashing I recently got the new hub 4 Gigi 1 and it’s still doing the same thing ty

the hub or is it the pod needs to be configured for the hub change - whichever you need to talk to CS to see if they can sort it - depending who you speak to they may tell you to reset the pod - wrong - cannot be reset - reboot/reset the hub - 2nd mistake - only they can configure things
try retensions and see if you can get the uk
dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
staff will get to the thread but i dont think its something they can sort

You are 100% correct Tony the wifi pods need to me reconfigured to the new hub4 which only VM can do.
