WiFi pod not registered to hub?

I have received my pod, but have removed from hub settings & now connect app says I have no pod to connect so unable to set up.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi pod, have you been able to resolve the issues since you last posted or are they still ongoing?
