WiFi pod not delivered

Following an engineer visit to investigate slow speeds on a bedroom, the engineer did some tests and replaced the Hub3. He repositioned the existing pod and said if it doesn't improve to request another device. 

Via online ( WhatsApp) chat the CS asked me to do a speed check in the relevant area, I did this and posted the results.

The CS agreed the speed was not right and informed me they had ordered another pod to be delivered within 3-14 days. This was on 26/8/23, and to date no such device had been delivered. Can the mods check what happened to the order and confirm I can get the device ordered.
