WiFi pod not connecting

Hi all

i I have tried everything to get the pod to connect; rebooting hub, deleting data and connect all, have left it on all day.

However, the light never goes out and continues to pulse.

it doesn’t appear within the connect app at all.

i have even moved the pod right next to the hub.

It’s like the MAC address isn’t working?

Hey Speedigonzalis,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi pod at the moment, I have looked into this and can see that you have spoken to the team and a new pod order has been raised for you to replace the faulty pod and this should be with you very soon.

Thanks for looking into it.

the person I spoke to said that they were sending a new hub out as mine wasn’t compatible with the WiFi pods? Is this not the case?

Thanks for coming back to us Speedigonzalis, my apologies the note stated that a new pod had been ordered but the order actually states a new hub, sorry for any confusion that I may have caused.
