WiFi pod assignment

I've been trying to order a couple of WiFi pods over the last 4 weeks. To date I've spent 3hrs 47 mins on hold/talking to Virgin.
The last one I ordered was lost by Yodel and reported to Virgin. Today the replacement one and the lost one turned up. Out of the two I've received, only one is working. I'm guessing, the lost one was removed from my account/Hub. 

How can I get it the pod reassigned to the hub without being on the phone for ages?
