WiFi on but no internet - flashing green ligh

Hi,

Yesterday the internet went down and I haven’t been able to get it to restart. The hub 3 box has a flashing green bar at the bottom and I can’t get it to reconnect The green WiFi light is lit and not flashing.

wifi is showing as connected on devices but clicking it takes you through to the hub login page been in the phone to Virgin and they haven’t been able to help.

Ive tried all the resets, and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help?

Hi.

I've been having all sorts of problems over the past few days with my internet and on one occasion, I too had the flashing green light coupled with no internet. In order to get my connection back up, (all be it terribly), I left my hub powered off for an hour before powering it back on. If you've not already tried this, (I can see you've attempted resets), it's worth a try.

Hi,

 

yes, no service problems. I’ve actually got an engineer booked now - after a couple of long phone calls. Leaving it off for an hour or so as per recommendation, to see if that does anything.
