WiFi has been off for 3 hours. Been playing up for 6 days now. Virgin says there’s nothing wrong in our area. Please help, getting desperate now.

have you checked whether or not it works when connected to the hub using an ethernet cable? (i.e. is it just a wifi problem, or is there a problem with the connection itself)
