So my router has been showing a red bar for a few weeks now, however there never been a issue with my wifi

Moved some furniture around and moved the routers location. Red bar is still there but no wifi

The network appears on my phone but when I try to connect it doesn’t

Have you tried moving the furniture back to its original location?

Hi JGladdy

Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community.

Were sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the red light on the hub.

Could you please try the below.

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.

• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
If after following the above steps the router doesn't boot back up after a few minutes, or the red light returns when it does, then the router will need replacing.

We will send you a private message, if the red light remains please respond to us there and we can arrange a replacement.

If the ‘red bar’ is a small LED at the bottom of the hub, it’s a hub3 and will need replacing. If the ‘red bar’ is a long line across the top of the hub it’s a hub4 and in this case it mean you have no internet connection.
