I'm working from home & my wifi keeps dropping out. I've unplugged, reset etc. Help please

Get a Cat 6 cable as a test and see if your connection is still dropping, or if it is purely a Wifi problem.

Make sure the work laptop is using an Always on Power Profile, make sure in the Device Manager the network adaptors can not be powered off to save energy.    Power saving is notorious for pausing the network adaptor giving the impression the Hub has dropped the connection when it is the laptop that is repeatedly dropping the connection and causing the VPN to repeatedly disconnect.
