WiFi issues

I am 5days without WiFi at all. The power light on Hub 3.0 is flashing green and I have tried all the steps suggested in the website. It’s not loading at all it just directs me to the VM account setting page which I don’t have to the details for as I am only a tenant here. Is that related to a broadband issue in the area or is it something else?

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting the area. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.
