The engineers were working on Friday , Saturday and today.

the engineers were working all of the benj holiday weekend except Sunday. 
I was told In good Friday that someone would come out either on Saturday or today but have not heard anything since.

Sorry tech 121 has not got back in contact, Our techs are currently trying to help on the forum when they are on shift but are unable to go out on the road due to being in Isolation so he/she maybe off shift this weekend.

If you can DM me the details I will find out what's going on and will call you.

Hi

The hub was off line all day yday and today it has been in and out in the morning but is offline now. Sometimes it shows a white light on the hub, however I’m unable to connect to the WiFi . 
Currently the green light is a solid green. 
I had a call from Virgin on Friday 10th April  to say that an engineer would be sent out today at latest. I’m vulnerable at the moment because of a recent surgery. 
I haven’t heard from Virgin since that call nor have I received any updates regarding the engineers visit

While you are waiting for someone to action it, if you post your power levels we may be able to point you the right way.

Go to 192.168.0.1 in your browser, or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode

 

Do NOT LOG IN
