Sorry tech 121 has not got back in contact, Our techs are currently trying to help on the forum when they are on shift but are unable to go out on the road due to being in Isolation so he/she maybe off shift this weekend.

The hub was off line all day yday and today it has been in and out in the morning but is offline now. Sometimes it shows a white light on the hub, however I’m unable to connect to the WiFi . Currently the green light is a solid green. I had a call from Virgin on Friday 10th April to say that an engineer would be sent out today at latest. I’m vulnerable at the moment because of a recent surgery. I haven’t heard from Virgin since that call nor have I received any updates regarding the engineers visit
