Thanks for taking the time to post in regards to your Samsung TV and wireless network. We understand the confusion this can cause and you taking the time to raise this via the forums. Welcome to the community.
Is it just the Samsung TV that you're experiencing the issue with? Do you have this with any other devices in the property or similar location to the TV? It is worth checking the bands to ensure that 2.4ghz is transmitting as we can see here it is currently active on the Hub.
There were also some drop outs around the time of posting, it has been a few days, has this improved at all?
