WiFi has been down since 15:00 today 19 September in the Slough/Windsor area. VM said it will be rectified by 12:30pm 20 September. Rely on this service for work. Not the first time and won't be the last. WiFi is the norm now and I pay decent money for a service that gets worse. I didn't want to be held to ransom because of WiFi!! I would like nothing better than 4 channels on a TV and an old Bakelite telephone (simple). Please VM sort it out and refund me.

As with any total loss of service, if we’re not able to resolve the problem within 2 full working days from you contacting us, we’ll automatically credit your bill with one payment (at £9.33 per day for how many days the issue lasted after the first 2 days) until once it’s fixed.
You cannot rely on a residential service for business use, so you should get a backup connection, or pay VM for a business line that has SLAs.
