Sorry should have said, the sky box which is ethernet connection also loses access. Not strictly a WiFi issue but as you can imagine we notice it mostly due to loss of connection on phones, tablets and laptops etc
Whilst waiting, can you test the connection on one of the laptops connected directly into the Hub by ethernet cable and see if that remains stably connected when the wifi ones drop out.
What are the various Hub lights showing/doing at the time of the drops.
If they are true network drop outs they will be obvious in the BQM - post up the link asap.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
I was actually wrong earlier in that the sky box does remain connected during a dropout. That's the only ethernet connection. Unfortunately my laptop doesn't have an ethernet port so can't connect that. So it does look like WiFi only issue. When it happens the WiFi light on router flashes, then stops then flashes a few mins to 5 mins later before it reconnects
