WiFi dropping out for seconds. No change to lights on router

Anyone actually solved the issues with WiFi dropping out every few seconds. I have the hub 4 (replaced last week as after MANY calls and chats and of course far too many ‘just use the reset button’ they replaced the hub 3). But I still have the issue and VM don’t seem to want to fix it. I have the video taken from my Xbox which clearly shows it’s dropping out. I will try and upload it. It also does the same on other devices when on meetings etc
(I have actually cancelled my service as it’s been a year and nothing is done!)

In your first post you said you'd cancelled your service - why worry about the performance if you've had the issues for a year, and now you've got less than thirty days remaining?
As a broad rule, the hubs are very reliable, and (unless simply not working) when they are replaced that's often a token gesture because the agent or technician doesn't have the time or any better ideas. So I'm unsurprised that a hub change hasn't fixed it.
