WiFi drop

Been having problems with my wifi since Tuesday dropping connection like every 10 mins and the router resetting itself and still not working when it’s done. Done all the steps like resetting, factory reset but no joy, it also says there’s no problems in my area which is weird and I’ve called virgin for them to give me pointless steps that I’ve done multiple times really thinking of changing internet provider

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, I would like to go about resolving this with you, for me to do so I would like to go about sending out a technician to com look at your Hub and network, for this I will need to confirm a few things from you in a private message.
