Yes I have tried all these steps and I have split my connections so that everything is on 5ghz connection and my laptop is the only device on the 2ghz connection and vice Versace and the network still continues to drop out for no reason!!

honestly I’m at the end of my tether with this as virgin media have been useless in helping me to try and fix this issue but continue to charge me a ridiculous price for poor broadband!!

I have located your account and can see you have not done a reboot for a while, if you could do this for me and I can check your stats again please?

I did a full reboot of the system last week and it did not change anything but I will try again

Its has been two weeks since your reboot please, reboot and I can check the stats and power levels.
