Hello
I've been with virgin a month and my WiFi keeps cutting off or being off for days at a time.
I've had enough and want to complain about this problem and I wish to leave virgin media.
I'm currently posted abroad with the military and my wife who is pregnant has no WiFi at all. I get better WiFi where I am.
Can someone please help and push me in the correct direction.
This is not on.
Regards ds

Do you get the same problems with wired connections? In other words, is this a wireless problem, or a broadband problem?
If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend spending 5 minutes setting up a free BQM which will monitor your connection 24/7 and make identification of connection issues a lot easier.

Hey @Caiger8212,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post on our forums.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your WiFi connection at the moment, I have been able to locate your account via your community profile.
Having looked into your account, I can see that you have an issue with your upstream power levels being too high for a stable connection, we will need to arrange a technician visit to fix this for you.
First we would need to confirm a few details via private message to get this booked in for you, please look out for my message and we can get this done.
Regards,
