For the past two nights my WiFi cuts out at 2am and does not come back on until 10am!! And also tonight. Every time it’s happened I reset it (the WiFi box thing), turn it on and of and even reset my phone. It does not work for no one in the house during them hours. It’s only been three nights but I don’t want another. Currently using someone’s hotspot to write this! Help meeee.
When the wifi connection goes down, do devices connected by ethernet cable go down as well or do they stay connected and working fine? What Hub model is it (printed on the base sticker)?
Also, set up a free “BQM” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of all your network disconnections, useful data to have in discussions with VM.
