WiFi constantly dropping!

Have repeatedly called virgin, keep resetting router, no help at all, phones, speakers, computers, laptops etc etc constantly losing wifi. Cant watch anything from TiVo downstairs on time upstairs, different error codes, 69, 401, 404, 425 etc etc. No streaming, some recordings are pixelated. And cant get to speak with anyone. I need help from virgin.

Re: WiFi constantly dropping!

Don’t know how to do that, i can get into the router and see the network status but dont how to get the logs. Have to go and do some support work for a relative shortly, so will see your reply when i get back later. Thanks for any help. I wish i could get through to virgin itself, its frustrating.
