WiFi connection

Hi 

we joined virgin 2 months back and it’s been a nightmare. WiFi is so unstable and disconnect 3-4 times when watching a program on tv. Is anybody can help? I have tried to reboot the hub and no benefit.

Is that using a VM TV box (which one?) or just on an internet connected TV?

Do you get these problems on ethernet cable connected devices - or is this a wifi only problem? If you dont know - can you check ?
