WiFi connection

Is there another broadband issue as I’m working from home and from 1215 onward I’ve had to restart the router, the 2 new booster plugs sent, however still have connectivity issues,

it would be nice if an actual virgin tech adviser responds to this and addresses the problem

Re: WiFi connection

Do ethernet connected devices drop out at the same time as the wifi ones?

Re: WiFi connection

They do, and tbh if they were to access the pit they would probably find the cable has erosion on it and black tub which has the black cabling is not sealed. And as vm always deny this, I proved it to them as insisted they sent an actual engineer out not a fitter. And when asked what a fitter was, I told them a fitter is someone who changes lightbulbs
