“WiFi connected no access to internet”

I had my router changed last week to a Hub 3 and now my devices linked do not work ?

The new Hub will have a different wifi password. You will need to reset your devices to the one on the new Hub's label.

1) From the Hub 3's menu >>> "Connected devices" - check the WiFi devices are listed on either the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz band.

2) Visit the Hub 3's menu >>> Advanced settings >>> Wireless >>> Security 

3) Make sure Wireless MAC filtering is Disabled

What does the Status page on the Hub say for Provisioning State ?  It should say Online.

Is this only wifi connections or are wired connections not working either?
