Hello
We have a Hub3 which just seems to disconnect from the Internet and take ages to reconnect or in the case right now, not reconnect at all.
The lights on the hub have been changing, but most of the time the white power light is on.
At the moment when I am trying to connect to the WiFi on my phone and our computer it says WiFi connected but no Internet access.
Can someone help me by telling me what this means and how I can connect to the Internet please?
