My Google Pixel 4 is connected to my virgin Wi-Fi with a good signal but has been completely unable to get internet access for a few days now (having previously never had any problems with the Wi-Fi). Another device on Wi-Fi (an Xbox) was also having issues and said it was a DHCP server issue) but that is now working. My laptop and partners Iphone are working just fine.
I have done all the forgetting/reconnecting, resets, reboots, turned off my Wi-Fi booster, spoken and live chatted to virgin for help but they sent me on to gadget rescue after turning it off and on again didn't work - and I don't particularly want to sign up to 6 months of paid gadget support for what is probably quite a normal issue.
The only similar post to this was resolved by somebody coming to replace the hub so I couldn't find any assistance on here. Anything anyone can suggest would be greatly appreciated ❤️

Thanks for you post Skengman, and a very warm welcome to you!
Can you tell me if you're attempting to connect the Google Pixal 4 on the 2.4 GHz or 5GHz band? It may be worth trying to connect this on an alternative band if possible to see if this can maintain a stronger and more stable connection.
I've also been able to identify that we're currently having an issue with High Utilisation in your local area that was recognised on 09/06 and is estimated to be fixed on 19/06 - were you made aware of this on the call?
With High Utilisation or an Outage in place, it's very difficult for our faults team to diagnose and/or resolve connection issues
