I have used the VM Connect app to confirm that our WiFi is rubbish in three rooms. I have asked for a WiFi booster but have been told that these are not being supplied at the moment. Why is this? Do we have to just accept poor WiFi then?
You don’t pay for Wi-Fi and Virgin don’t guarantee it’s speed or connectivity.
You can put the hub into modem mode with your own better router or mesh system or run some wired access points.
