WiFi booster

Trying to get booster working, followed instructions all lights came on and went out as instructions, just white lights on now, placed in conservatory but it is not boosting, still got a weak signal. Any ideas what I can do other than throwing it out the window

Re: WiFi booster

The Virgin supplied ones are powerline ran and rely on a good electrical ring main to work.

Re: WiFi booster

Thanks for your prompt response, I had not put in the booster wifi password on our iPads and
didn't realise the iPad then picks up the strongest signal. All working ok now, wish I was a bit more tech savvy.
Thanks again
