WiFi booster will no longer power on

Hello,

My WiFi booster has lost power and will no longer power on. Is it possible to get a replacement sent out please? I did contact the text message support line at the beginning of last week but have not received a reply.

Many thanks,

Kevin

Re: WiFi booster will no longer power on

VM have stopped supplying boosters - they now supply "Pods". The text line will take ages. Call the normal fault line at 08.00 as that normally gets you through quickly.

If they offer to send out a "pod" check whether you will have to pay for it. Normal charge is £5/month and you would be better putting those monies to your own better quality wireless equipment

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Re: WiFi booster will no longer power on

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. I'm on Ultimate Oomph so it looks like the pods are included. I'll see what I can do.
