WiFi booster problem

Just received my virgin WiFi booster box , it won’t connect to router. Spoken to virgin tech team who completed tests and were unable to get this connected either. Told if not connected in 24 hours complete online form to report. Can’t find form going round in circles . Need help ASAP paying extra for this box for a service I can’t get WiFi signal in any other room but the room the router is in?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thats £60 each year! - why not invest those monies in better quality wireless equipment which is then yours to keep forever - much better value for money.

Send it back ASAP and put money towards your own better kit you can actually keep
