All day my WiFi has been dropping in and out
i have reset the super hub 3 about 10 times (sometimes it restores WiFi but mostly it doesn’t)
it impacts all devices on the network including 3 x V6 boxes.
its been going off for 30mins, coming back on for 30 then back off again.
annoyingly my child’s homework is an online maths assessment and he’s not been able to do it - he does like the google Dino Jump game though
Still having this issue and it seems like a lot of people are too
software update seems to be the issue
paying £140 / month for a poor service is insane
if someone could highlight a fix then that would be great
When will VM have enough that they will never do wireless ever again.Poke sticks at the hub and put it in modem mode with your own wireless router with 1Gb ports.
Or just to be sure log in to the hub and post your downstream and upstream.
Spoke to a very helpful tech support guy
(rang on land line, did test equipment, waited 10 mins, got put through to tech support)
there were issues with the signals to the SH3 which he says he fixed and the WiFi was up and running again.
not holding my breath but it’s worked for now
he could see what devices were connecting and what weren’t and could see that even though we could see the WiFi name, there was no internet
