I’ve recently started working from but am having an issue where my works laptop is connecting to my WIFI but then showing as limited connection.

I am struggling to effectively have conference calls due to this issue and don’t know how to resolve it.

Troubleshooting reveals no issues and my signal strength is showing as strong.

Does anybody have a solution having experienced something similar?

need a bit more info, can any other devices get online via wireless?, installed any new software recently?, can you get online via safe mode with networking? (guide ->> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-10-92c27cff-db89-8... to reverse untick /safeboot apply/save reboot)
