WiFi Pods

I’m having trouble connecting my wife’s laptop to the WiFi in her office. I’m unable to do a scan on the laptop as it won’t pick up the WiFi signal. Can someone point me I the right direction on how to order a WiFi pod?

The official route to order a Pod is to scan your property with the VM Connect app.  This should allow you to order an initial Pod.  Depending on your Contract they are £8 pm or free for up to 3 Pods.  If they are not free to you, it may be better to buy your own Wifi extender.  Also consider getting a proper cable and Wifi setup installed in the Office.

If you can't get the Connect app to work properly, just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you.
